ULTRAFLEX® is cold-applied, single-component, moisture-reactive, polyurethane liquid membrane that forms a continuous waterproof membrane that is perfect for waterproofing roofs. For new constructions and restoration work.
Ultraflex is high performance liquid water-proofing membrane that used in conjunction with Ultraflex matting, forms a continuous, elastic and high resistant to elements, traffic.
It can be applied easily to a variety of substrates.
Ultraflex is an ideal solution for waterproofing of roofs, balconies, walkways, water channels or swimming pools, specially where complicated detail areas are required.
Ultraflex can be used straight out of the tin without catalysators, so no mixing mistakes or wastage on site.
Ultraflex does not require primer in the majority of substrates and it is BBA and ETE certified for a lifespan in excess of 25 years.

When working out your required material quantities, it is best to work on the worst-case scenario, particularly if you are quite new to Liquid roofing applications. It is Best to ensure you have enough product and not try to stretch out material otherwise this can lead to poor application and then calculate using the 8 sqr mtr as a rule of thumb. Also, different substrates can affect coverage you can use the below information as a guide.

Smooth Substrate (OSB, GRP, Single Ply, Asphalt etc.)
• Ultraflex – 8M2 per 15Kg
• Ultratop – 30M2 per 5Kg
• Tixal – When required is added to taste but 1 x Tixal will treat up to 3 x 15Kg Ultraflex.

Rough Substrate (Mineral felt, Cracked/rough Asphalt, rough concrete etc.)
• Ultraflex – 6M2 per 15Kg
• Ultratop – 30M2 per 5Kg
• Tixal – When required is added to taste but 1 x Tixal will treat up to 3 x 15Kg Ultraflex.

The above is all based on the product being used wet on wet with 225GSM matting.
