Newsletter
During the registration process on our website there is a newsletter opt-in option. We tend not to send a lot of newsletters out as we understand that they can get annoying, but we may occasionally email with details of special offers etc. If you do not opt in to this feature we will only email you about the orders you have placed.

Data Storing
We retain order information such as name and address and what you ordered on our web server and on our internal order server so that we can refer to them when necessary, for instance to check on your delivery etc or for other customer enquiries. We also store emails you send us, and we keep a transcript of live chat conversations. Details we keep are encrypted and/or password-protected. We do not keep a record of payment details eg credit card numbers. Our phone calls are recorded for quality monitoring and training.

Information Sharing
We share details such as your delivery address and order notes you may have given us with our couriers in order for them to fulfil the delivery. We currently use FedEx and Freightroute and we encourage you to also read their privacy statements.
When we take payment information through our website this information is not held by us. Our payments are processed by SagePay or Paypal and we encourage you to review their privacy statements.
Phone and trade counter payments are processed by Barclays Card Services and your payment details are not retained by us.
