600g (2 oz) Chopped Strand Matting - 1mt wide

Chopped Strand Mat is an emulsion bound chopped strand matt, which is manufactured to a very high standard, for use in hand-lay up applications.
It is produced from a high integrity strand which has a moderate speed of wet-out, and is soft to handle, it also has a relatively high bulk and the binder ensures excellent drape-ability and moulding performance.
Mat 79 is suitable for use with all types of unsaturated polyester resins and These characteristics combine to ensure that the mat has good air release and an excellent overall performance.
Either single ply or multi ply moulding techniques may be used.
